Elaine has over 34 years experience in retail and security and is certified by the security institute of Ireland and FETAC as a trainer. Elaine also passed the institute exam in all areas of security. Mark Watch was set up by Elaine in 1993 with the emphasis on staff training hence the full company name.
The company has two directors Elaine and Mark. Mark has Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies and is currently over seeing the finance side of the business.
Elaine has excellent investigative skills and has solved many in house thefts for clients. To date Mark Watch has not advertised its services, the company currently employ 48 staff and intends to build on this however not to the extent where the client is taken for granted.
The company prides its self on a quality service where the client will always be priority also the fact that Elaine and Mark are hands on director’s and visits clients on a regular basis is a sign of our companies hands on approach and commitment to our clients.
Our frontline manager Naveed has excellent organisation and communication skills and because of this Mark Watch has very little staff turnover.
We pride our self’s on our FETAC award and the fact that most of our trainees over 90% gain employment after our delivery of our FETAC level 4 Basic Guarding Training.
